Roubiliac, Louis François (1702/5-1762)[?]
Type and material:
Bronze relief : h: 23,6 cm
Date:
[probably ca.] 1760
Comments:
This bronze relief is at first glance similar to other works by Roubiliac
executed during his last years. On the other hand, too little is known about this area of [his]
work to be able to give a definite attribution and date to this piece. Similar ceramic pieces were
produced in greater numbers.
